Information we collect
When you submit the MCA application, we may collect business identity and contact information, revenue and funding-request information, existing financing information, owner or authorized-signer information, optional notes and optional uploaded business bank statements.
Information we intentionally do not request on the public application
The public BCFFunding.com form does not request a Social Security number or online-banking password. Never send passwords by ordinary email, text, iMessage or WhatsApp.
How information may be used
Information may be used to review your request, contact you, request clarification, prevent fraud, maintain records and share the request with participating commercial funding providers when appropriate for financing review.
Application documents
Uploaded documents are stored in a web-protected application directory and are not attached to the application-notification email. A secure tokenized review link is generated for internal review. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and service providers
We may retain application information for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, compliance, fraud-prevention and recordkeeping purposes. Hosting, communications and commercial funding providers may process information as needed to provide their services.
