Application security
The public application does not request a Social Security number or online-banking password. Uploaded documents are stored under a directory configured to deny direct web access. Internal document review uses a randomly generated tokenized URL.
What not to send through chat
Do not send banking passwords, full account credentials or Social Security numbers through text, iMessage, WhatsApp or ordinary email.
